🎯 Requirements
• Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung • Idealweise bereits eigene Projekte verantwortet oder kleine Teams fachlich geleitet • Positiver und gewinnender Charakter mit Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung
