• 0.5 School Counselor, 0.5 504 Coordinator Oregon Charter Academy 2025-2026 School Year. • Working primarily from home within the state of Oregon. • Advise students and families related to academic progress, career planning, and graduation. • Keep abreast of all high school graduation requirements. • Review student transcripts and entry of credits. • Implement programs for social/emotional growth and challenges. • Participate in crisis prevention and management plans for school. • Support families through school withdrawal process. • Report and refer critical incidents as obligated. • Collaborate with school teams to support families. • Track and support student academic progress. • Implement special programs for career-related learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree required. • Current Oregon school counseling license with proper certifications. • Strong technology skills. • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. • Student-focused approach. • High degree of flexibility. • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness and ability to travel on occasion. • Ability to work remotely. • Ability to work occasional evening hours, as needed. • Reside in Oregon or Washington. • Applicants with culturally diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
