Description

• Lead and own all Project Engineering efforts at the pre-construction and construction project phases for utility-scale solar and BESS projects nationwide • Support EPC Team during contracting, initiation of project financing, detailed engineering (30%/60%/90%/IFC), and commissioning engineering support • Establish and maintain relationships with external Owner's Engineers and external engineering consultants • Evaluate forward looking and innovative approaches for best in market design, technology, and cost/construction considerations

Requirements

• 7-10+ years' experience in utility scale PV and BESS design • PV and BESS constructability experience in multiple geographic regions • Understanding of design optimization and maximizing values of utility scale solar and BESS projects • Knowledge of all PV technical disciplines (Electrical, Civil, Structural, SCADA, HV, etc.) • Strong understanding of PV cost stack and how design considerations impact project LCOE throughout the project development and design process • Ability to effectively communicate between technical and commercial minded team members
