Description

• Responsible for managing daily incoming new contract data and ensuring timely and accurate completeness. • Oversees team leading, training, coaching, and demonstrating duties for ongoing process improvement. • Responsible for reviewing and documenting "as-is procedures" for all major functions performed by Booking Coordinators. • Responsible for documenting and recommending process changes to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. • Quality review of all performed work to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Management of all new Client Conversions related to data processing. • Work together with IT to analyze and improve systems and processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in the finance industry specifically related to data integrity, process management, and ability to interpret/compile amortization schedules. • Salesforce experience in tasks, tickets, and workflow • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions. • Leadership/Management experience
