📋 Description
Responsible for handling high volume loan and lease payoff requests. • Generating payoff statements and providing posting instructions to the accounting department. • Interfacing with the entirety of the Customer Service team. • Reviewing contract status, documents, and contract performance to ensure accurate payoff quotes. • Coordinating with internal legal and default management teams. • Identifying incoming payoffs and providing accurate posting instructions. • Prioritizing workflow for payoff related activities. • Recommending process changes to increase production and customer/client satisfaction. • Ensuring automated payoff processes meet requirements. • Managing Salesforce tasks and tickets for payoffs. • Identifying training needs and communicating them.
🎯 Requirements
Minimum 3 years in Customer Service/Finance, or another related field. • High school diploma or GED required. • Finance industry knowledge, specifically related to data integrity, process management and ability to interpret/compile amortization schedules. • Salesforce experience in tasks, tickets, and workflow is required. • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions.
