Diving into technical challenges, unblocking your team, contributing to PRs, and ensuring engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in and have work authorization in Canada • 2+ years managing engineering teams that have shipped high-value SaaS products. • Deep appreciation for clean, well-factored, and well-tested code—and the ability to coach your team to deliver it. • Passion for growing and mentoring engineers. • Hands-on experience with the TypeScript/NodeJS/Linux stack and SQL with RDBMS.
