Description

• Support the technology used by the Cyber Defense team. • Assist Engineering team with racking, un-racking, and configuring new servers. • Collaborate with teams throughout the enterprise to add, update, troubleshoot, and decommission security logs. • Create vendor support cases and work with support through issue resolution. • Assist Engineering Team with management, administration, and troubleshooting of various security applications. • Troubleshoot and remediation of tickets based on ticket priority. • Assist with the creation and management of process documentation. • Participate in patching, deployment, and upgrades of agents and security applications. • Gain hands-on experience maintaining and upgrading a malware lab environment. • Create and manage honeypots throughout the Oshkosh environment. • Support, evaluate, and continuously improve information technology, security controls and business processes to maintain alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Working towards an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science or related field. • Reliable form of transportation to be able to travel to and from Data Centers and the global headquarters building. • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
