📋 Description

• Monitor customer product readiness within the assigned territory to support diagnostics and repairs that the customer is unable to perform or resolve. • Provide product orientation classes at customer locations for various products. • Onsite at customer locations, diagnose and repair all issues related to equipment alongside customer and dealer technicians • Assist dealer service technicians with diagnosing and repairing, either on-site, on the phone, or via email. • Maintain a professional working relationship with customers and departments necessary to support the customer through continuous communication. • Provide detailed documentation of issue resolution process and use provided reporting tools to submit feedback to quality and engineering team by generating Field Quality Reports and Work Orders. • Communicate all service-related documentation such as service field bulletins, information notices, and product updates to internal and external customers and other Service Technician- Customer Support team members. • Troubleshoot customer concerns and develop best resolution. • Lead and mentor other Field Service Technicians as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent with three (3) or more years of experience as a technician in automotive, heavy equipment, or heavy truck industries. • Proficient problem-solving capability and ability to create detailed documentation of field issues. • Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics • Skilled in verbal and written communication. • Ability to travel 80%.
