Description

• The Analyst for the James Cancer Hospital is committed to developing financial analysis of programs and projects. • Prepares analyses, reports, and presentations for the leadership team. • Collects and validates data for scorecards and benchmarking along with financial management of development funds. • Partakes in month end close journal entries/analysis, budgeting and cost center reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant business experience. • One to two years of experience in Financial Accounting, Budgeting, Cost accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or Reimbursement, preferably in a healthcare environment. • Spreadsheet and Powerpoint proficiency is required, with exposure to Access. • Additional knowledge of SQL, or other database tools a plus. • Knowledge of decision support data sources (Tableau, Workday GL, SMS, IDX, Visionware, SRC, HCC, or oracle based databases) is also a plus.
