📋 Description
• Engage in applied health services and population health research in a project-based, team setting • Focus primarily on survey design, instrumentation, and administration • Support qualitative research component of mixed-methods projects • Perform mainly technical skill tasks • Complete work independently on tasks with moderate complexity • Assist on advanced complexity tasks with appropriate assistance and oversight • Work on multiple projects at a time with significant project responsibilities • Design survey questionnaires and research protocols • Test survey instruments and run data checks on collected data • Conduct analysis of weighted survey data and compose reports and presentation materials • Assist with research documentation • Assist with developing qualitative protocols • Conduct qualitative data collection through semi-structured interviews • Present results to project sponsors and other audiences • Conduct literature searches and literature reviews • Assist as a liaison to project partners and sponsors • Assist with the development of protocols and composition of institutional review board (IRB) applications
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree or a PhD in a relevant field of study is required • Experience with quantitative analysis and statistical programming are required • Requires successful completion of a background check • Candidates selected for an interview may be asked to provide a writing sample and a code sample
