• Troubleshooting, adjusting and repair support to field offices on Otis and non-Otis products. • Product/component upgrades, repairs and technical information development. • Maximizing field productivity through advanced technologies, reducing callbacks and repairs.
Requirements
• BS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 8-10 years of Otis/Elevator industry experience. • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair various elevator products remotely is a must.
