Description

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner, • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies, • Process incoming payments, • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams, • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging, • Assist in developing strategies to improve collection processes, • Maintain customer records and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. • Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices. • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.
