• Work closely with Product and Growth teams to address developer challenges. • Paint a realistic picture of housing developer's day-to-day experiences. • Identify current tools and methods in use. • Advise on engagement opportunities in the industry. • Collaborate on product development to refine user experience and features. • Provide constructive feedback on product mockups and overall strategy. • Connect team with industry colleagues for validation discussions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a residential developer, preferably in urban infill and/or medium-density housing. • Deep understanding and experience working across the U.S. residential development lifecycle, from site identification through to completion/sale. • An openness to transparently share a ‘day in the life’ with examples where possible. • Passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the advancement of the residential housing development industry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Located in U.S. (Remote) • Ability to dedicate ~10 hours per week.
