📋 Description
• As a Technical Product Manager, you will drive product development across our consumer-facing web applications and internal systems. • Work closely with engineering, design, growth, and clinical teams to deliver features that scale with our fast-growing user base. • Requires a strong technical foundation, an understanding of e-commerce principles, experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), and a keen sense for building data-informed, user-centric features.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years experience in product management, ideally in a fast-paced startup or DTC/e-commerce environment • Background in engineering, computer science, or a technical field (or hands-on experience working closely with dev teams) • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience running sprints • Experience with tracking/analytics frameworks, CDPs (e.g., Segment, RudderStack), and event schema management • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions • Familiarity with e-commerce or subscription-based product flows • Experience writing product specs and user stories with enough technical detail for engineers • Ability to create basic wireframes and user flows using tools like Figma, Whimsical, or Miro • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams • Nice to Have: Experience in healthtech or regulated industries • Exposure to experimentation platforms (e.g., Split, Optimizely)
