• Understanding and addressing complex business problems through advanced technology products and services • Creating an overall technology strategy to solve business problems • Communicating and documenting technical needs in business terms • Managing the solution design based on business goals • Providing guidance to technical teams and collaborating with key enterprise IT functions • Supporting innovative and transformative technology solutions through R&D and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Master's degree in computer science, information systems or other related fields preferred • Process Orchestration experience with Camunda • Camunda Certified Professional – Developer certification preferred • MSFT Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect preferred • Strong experience with delivering technologies across business units and platforms enablement • Comfortable utilizing proof of concepts and iterative delivery while following the organization processes, and policies • Industry knowledge and experience with professional services and business process orchestration • Experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure and .NET • Proven Customer Centric and Design Thinking experience while designing technical solutions • Ability to lead cross-functional discussions with technical team members including solution and enterprise architects • Proven experience with Scaled Agile and Dev – Sec – Ops delivery
