• Be the technical leader for the Virtual Vehicle Interfaces and Automation team. • Help to design/improve our key offline development/testing tools including simulation, synthetic data generation, and offline data-replay. • Lead cross-functional/cross-team efforts to accelerate the development of our autonomous vehicle. • Communicate with leadershipLead make/buy decisions
• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or other engineering discipline with sufficient software engineering experience • 3-5 years experience leading efforts with simulation and other offline tools in the autonomous vehicle or other safety critical space • Experience in using one or more autonomous vehicle simulation and/or synthetic data generation platforms such as Applied Intuition, Parallel Domains, or even a homegrown solution. • Experience working in a Linux environmentFluent in C++, Python, shell scripting • Excellent communication skills for leadership and stakeholders
