Description

• Outschool’s mission is to inspire kids to love learning. • We connect learners with a global community of teachers and peers through our online platform. • As the second PM on our Core Product team, you will drive innovative changes on critical surfaces like search and recommendations. • Drive org-wide alignment on strategies for improving our core product that would improve parent & learner retention.

Requirements

• Experience driving improvements on a consumer marketplace, as either a PM or adjacent role (ex: engineer, design, data). • Experience with optimization of Search & Recommendation systems. • Ability to reason about technical topics like ML at a conceptual level. • User oriented thinking is your default – with a strong track record of building great consumer UX. • Previous experience working on AI or consumer social products. • Previous experience in startups.
