• As an Executive Assistant and Client Support Associate, you will manage outbound call campaigns. • You will coordinate with clients, subs, oversee compliance tasks, and streamline administrative processes.
• Must be willing to work the graveyard shift. • Previous experience in an administrative or client services role. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques for effective task coordination. • Experience with CRM software, ideally with a focus on maintaining client relationships. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible to adapt to changing workloads and priorities. • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and enhancing client satisfaction.
