📋 Description

• We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Social Media and SEO to join our team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and optimizing content to improve our search engine rankings. • This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of social media platforms and SEO best practices. • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media accounts. Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve performance. • Search Engine Optimization: Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization. Optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions, for search engines. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush). Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. • Content Creation and Curation: Curate relevant content from industry sources to share on social media platforms. Develop visual content, such as graphics and videos, to enhance social media posts. • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on social media and SEO performance. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and SEO.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in social media management and SEO, preferably in a remote or virtual setting. • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, Yoast SEO). • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
