• We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Social Media Admin Virtual Staff to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple social media accounts effectively. • This role will also involve general administrative tasks to support the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, or similar role. • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media best practices. • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). • Strong visual and creative skills, with experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required. • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with attention to detail. • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. • Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus. • Previous administrative experience is a plus.
