• We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Web Developer with a strong marketing focus to join our dynamic team. • The ideal candidate will blend technical web development expertise with a passion for crafting user-centric, visually appealing, and highly functional websites that drive engagement and align with marketing goals. • Develop, maintain, and optimize websites to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability. • Collaborate with the marketing team to build, implement, and manage landing pages, microsites, and digital campaigns. • Ensure websites and pages are SEO-friendly, implementing best practices to improve search engine rankings. • Integrate tracking tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other platforms to measure campaign performance. • Update and manage web content using CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or custom CMS solutions. • Collaborate with designers to enhance user interfaces and experiences that align with brand guidelines. • Work with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of web-based initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on web development experience, preferably in a marketing-oriented role. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). • Knowledge of back-end technologies like PHP, Python, or Node.js is a plus. • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or HubSpot). • Experience with API integrations, third-party tools, and CRM platforms. • Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch. • SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of on-page SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization. • Analytical Skills: Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and A/B testing platforms. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset.
