• About the Company: • Our client has a plant-powered mission to make life happier, healthier and more delicious by growing food simple, social and fun. • They partner with local and state governments around the country to bring monthly workshops, seeds and a heap of gardening knowledge to the people. • Key Responsibilities: • Develop, customise, and maintain WordPress websites, including WooCommerce stores, MemberPress memberships, BuddyBoss communities, and Gravity Forms. • Implement custom themes and plugins as needed to meet business requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve website performance, compatibility, and integration issues. • Collaborate with graphic designers and IT teams to align design and functionality. • Provide ongoing management of WordPress websites, ensuring they remain up-to-date, secure, and optimised. • Ensure website security, scalability, and performance optimisation. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience with WordPress development (5+ years preferred). • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. • Familiarity with popular WordPress tools, including WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, MemberPress, and BuddyBoss. • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as mailchimp, klaviyo etc. • Understanding of website performance optimisation techniques. • Experience with website migrations and integration of third-party services. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver projects on time. • Familiarity with subscription models and membership platforms.
