Description
• Legal support tasks for lawyers or law firm team • Work 50 hours per week during American business hours • Assist with legal research for discovery • Assist with legal writing • Answer and screen emails and calls • Enter, screen, and process data • Prepare and edit legal documents • Schedule hearings and meetings • Support client billing and payments • Prepare and edit website content • Manage business social media accounts • Create task boards and project schedules • Maintain customer files and documents
Requirements
• 2+ years experience supporting lawyers, paralegals, or law firms • Experience in personal injury cases • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications • Intermediate knowledge of social media management • Fluent in English • Experience in legal research and legal writing • Experience in managing business correspondence in English • Experience using legal software like Clio, Lexis, Westlaw, Casetext • Experience of working in international teams • Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner
