Description

• Responsible for developing and implementing effective online marketing strategies and customer acquisition campaigns. • Manage paid and organic campaigns and assist with daily admin tasks. • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization (SEO). • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track campaign performance, assess KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. • Oversee and optimize paid advertising efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram to maximize ROI. • Monitor and analyze online marketing performance, support the marketing team with administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and preparing reports. • Plan and manage client’s organic and paid search campaigns. • Develop simple campaign landing pages. • Create and run retargeting and eblast campaigns. • Manage social media accounts and pages. • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Fluent in American English, written and oral • Experience working in a digital marketing role 2+ years • Strong background in SEO and paid campaigns • Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM • Knowledge of analytics tool and how to use the insight for optimization • Knowledge of popular marketing tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, MailChimp. • Knowledge of popular CMS platforms: WordPress, Wix (desirable) • Ability to create simple landing pages and perform simple edits on websites • Good understanding of the American business culture and marketing playfield • Creative, resourceful, and able to innovate • Willing to work collaboratively with a team and join meetings • Analytical and able to make data-driven decisions • Willing to learn and explore marketing trends • Positive, with a can-do attitude to work • Agile and aware of competitor best practices
