• Provide support to a litigation law firm team • Assist with legal research, case discovery, legal writing, client liaison, and court filings • Handle high-volume caseloads • Assigned cases in personal injury or family law according to experience
Requirements
• Fluent in advanced American English, written and oral • Bachelor's degree in Law or/and a Juris Doctor degree • Experience working as a senior paralegal for a law firm 2+ years • Experience in legal research, case discovery, and legal writing • Experience using legal software like Clio, LexisNexis, Westlaw, Casetext • Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner • Must be able to work night shifts (US business hours) 50 hours/week • Must have a laptop/PC, a smartphone, and a good Internet connection • Must wear professional formal attire to work
