Description

• Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing phone calls for a law firm • Contact existing clients to ask about service satisfaction and seek good responses • Maintain client relationships by sending birthday cards, flowers, etc. • Build rapport over the phone and keep relationships with clients as part of firm's marketing • Ideal candidate is witty, friendly, empathetic, with good communication skills, confident, proactive, and tech-savvy

Requirements

• College-educated (Bachelor or Associate degree) • Fluent in Spanish and American English, written and oral • 2+ years experience in customer support role • Experience working in international teams (desirable) • Knowledge of email automation processes and software • Experience working with Western customers (desirable) • Advanced MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Experience with customer surveys and collecting feedback • Understanding of American customers & their expectations • Hard-working, reliable, flexible, and adaptable • Positive, with a can-do attitude to work • Solution-oriented and able to deal with stress • Able to handle new situations and issues • Outstanding time management & prioritizing skills • Able to handle difficult customers and clients • Customer-centric and willing to go the extra mile • Excellent telephone manner and willingness to help
