• Launch and implement sales strategies from scratch; • Develop tantalizing business expansion plans for the UAE market; • Collaborate with our product team to refine and evolve our EMR offerings; • Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities and potential clients; • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients and convert them; • Manage commercial proposals and develop business opportunities; • Control the budget and adjust expenses to get the best ROI; • Track KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement; • Grow together with the product.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in B2B sales (IT products) • Fluent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1-C2) • Experience contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes; • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills; • Ability to be a self-motivated, proactive team player; • Desire to grow and scale the company.
