• Help shape the vision and strategy for the Security Operations Center (SOC). • Lead and manage the SOC team for high performance and professional growth. • Oversee the 24/7 monitoring and analysis of security events and incidents. • Manage and optimize security tools and technologies in the SOC.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC) are highly desirable. • Proven experience (10 years) in a leadership role within a client-facing SOC or a similar security operations environment. • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and technologies. • Strong understanding of incident response frameworks and methodologies. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and industry standards. • Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Proactive mindset with a continuous learning approach to stay updated.
