• Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitiveness in the labor market. • Analyze and evaluate job descriptions to determine appropriate job classifications and salary ranges. • Create and maintain job descriptions, job codes, and job families. • Assist in the development of bonus and incentive plans. • Work collaboratively with the HR department to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. • Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking activities. • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation-related matters. • Responsible for working with the HRIS Analyst on building files to maintain and optimize Workday.
• Bachelor's degree. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. • Proficiency in HRIS (preferably Workday). • Knowledge of compensation best practices and laws and regulations related to compensation. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
