📋 Description
• Product Owners work embedded in Product Teams providing business guidance • Act as a subject matter expert in the area of focus for the scrum team • Drive backlog refinement with clear DoR, including acceptance criteria and timelines • Accountable for formally accepting the work developed by your scrum team • Be on top of things by driving risk identification and mitigation plans definition
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years managing technology products and successfully defining and launching products • 5+ years of demonstrable knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Product Lifecycle Management • Tech savvy in one or more of these technologies: C#, TypeScript, React, CSS, Containers • Ability to lead a team and execute • Knowledge of leading and executing in an agile methodology using Scrum • Training in analytical processes such as user story creation, use case definitions or interview techniques • Ability to capture user requirements for an application to drive user story creation • Knowledge and experience in the use of JIRA/Rally/Aha • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of designing software solutions • Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong team player • Experience in a SaaS environment • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Good analytical and strong problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Growth mindset with an ability to quickly shift or change plans • Ability to demonstrate product in front of large groups • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related field
