• Fully Remote (Philippines) • Schedule: EST • A well-established dispensary founded in 2017 seeks a Marketing Specialist to join their team. • This leading brand in the cannabis industry is dedicated to offering high-quality, locally sourced products. • With a combined 76 years of cannabis experience, the team is passionate about helping others and giving back to the communities they serve. • Their success is built on prestigious vendor and community networks, established through years of mutual trust and respect. • Key Responsibilities: • One-Time Tasks: Revamp the company website to achieve a modern, sleek, and professional look, optimizing it for SEO. • Weekly Tasks: Design and send out weekly marketing emails to customers. • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), creating engaging posts, interacting with followers, enhancing the company's social media presence. • Manage Google listings, engage with customers, optimize local SEO to boost the dispensary's visibility. • Ad Hoc Tasks: Design pamphlets or marketing materials as needed for events. • Analyze company data (pricing, sales, products, etc.) and suggest areas for improvement. • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.
• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or web design. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Familiarity with website development and SEO optimization (experience in Wix, WordPress, and Duda preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Background in creating high-end looking websites that are modern, sleek, professional, and sophisticated. • Knowledge of local SEO practices and customer engagement strategies.
