• Sales Support (60%): Accompany the CEO on sales calls to provide insights and support in securing new clients. Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials. Follow up with potential clients and manage client relationships. • Talent Recruitment (40%): Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent for VA roles. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Work closely with the CEO and other team members to understand client needs and recruitment requirements. Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and sales activities.
• 5+ Years of Selling Experience • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates. This includes excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a knack for persuasive communication. • Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on client satisfaction, understanding the importance of building long-term relationships. • Results-Driven Attitude: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth. • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Being able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
