📋 Description
• Lead the design and implementation of End User Computing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and innovative technical solutions. • Provide technical leadership in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions, tools, and platforms related to End User Computing. • Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, guidelines, and standards for End User Computing environments. • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain current and competitive. • Work closely with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within established timelines and budget constraints. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and other team members.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 10 years of EUC experience with the last three performing as an Architect. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, O365 and Intune. • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in these technologies. • Microsoft associate or expert certification is preferred. • Working experience as Microsoft TAC engineer is preferred. • Experience mentoring a team of IT professionals is added advantage. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
