Description

• We are looking for a strategic, experienced legal expert to own and define our legal department. • Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role is pivotal in managing our legal challenges and driving our business growth. • You will be the go-to expert for our legal needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years as an attorney, with a mix of big law firm and in-house experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS startups; healthcare background is a plus. • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and current bar admission. • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, commercial transactions, compliance, and intellectual property. • Strong contract law foundation with exceptional negotiation and drafting skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally, offering legal guidance that supports business goals while mitigating risks. • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence at all levels. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment.
