Description

• Overland AI builds intelligent uncrewed ground systems for defense and national security. • Our autonomy stack, OverDrive, is defining the state-of-the-art for perception, planning, and control of uncrewed vehicles. • We are looking for experts in robotics to join our team to increase the reliability and aggressiveness of off-road autonomous vehicles.

Requirements

• Strong technical background: BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar field with 5+ years of industry experience in software development. • Programming Skills: Expert knowledge of C++ and proficiency in Python. Previous experience developing software for safety-critical systems is a plus. • Domain Knowledge: Strong knowledge of and experience with ROS2 and DDS. Knowledge of other pub/sub architectures and robotics middleware systems is beneficial. • Grit: Thrive in a small-team environment, taking ownership of challenges and working collaboratively across disciplines to deliver solutions. • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Security Clearance.
