•Technical Program Manager - Deployment Success •About Overland AI: •Overland AI builds intelligent uncrewed ground systems for defense and national security. •Our autonomy stack, OverDrive, is defining the state-of-the-art for perception, planning, and control of uncrewed vehicles. •In a little over a year, the company has been selected for or awarded eight-figures of OTAs and other contracts across multiple services and DoD customers. •We have raised over $10M in funding, led by Point72 Ventures. •Who you are: •We’re looking for an ambitious problem-solver who thrives in challenging environments and has a passion for delivering advanced autonomy systems in the field. •As a Technical Program Manager - Deployment Success, you will be a core member of our team. •In this role, you’ll work directly alongside end-users of our systems. •You will coordinate the logistics, deployment, and sustainment of our equipment in the field.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience. •Ability to obtain a US government security clearance. •Ability to travel 50% or more. •2+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager. •Experience fielding software or hardware products to real operating environments in deep-tech, defense, or high-growth start-up domains. •Effective communicator with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally. •Familiarity with software development lifecycles. •Familiarity with ground autonomy systems. •Demonstrated ability to deliver successful outcomes on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced operating environment. •Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them. •Operational US military experience.
