• Responsible for managing the company’s user acquisition and retention funnels • Develop, implement, track, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms • Own BI and CRM dashboards and measure the success of marketing channels and efforts • Run experiments and iterate on the highest ROI growth strategies • Work closely with a small team and take ownership of important projects from the get-go
• Mastery of SQL and data analysis • Love for BI and dashboards • Highly analytical problem-solving mindset • Rare combination of quantitative and business acumen • English fluency (written & oral) • Experience with Python (Nice-to-have) • Experience with CRM management (Nice-to-have) • Experience with remote work at startups (Nice-to-have) • Bachelors or advanced degree in Data Science or related subject (Nice-to-have) • Intellectual curiosity and drive to build world-changing products
