• Oversee is revolutionizing travel management with automation and ML solutions. • We are experiencing exponential revenue growth Year over Year. • Seeking an experienced Revenue Operations manager to impact our success with data and technology. • This role supports sales and marketing efforts through data-driven process optimization. • Responsibilities include dashboard design, forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic recommendations. • Manage Oversee’s Salesforce environment and utilize HubSpot for lead generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a startup or high-growth environment. • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and the ability to customize, manage, and maintain its functionalities. • Experience with HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms. Big plus if you also are proficient in Hubspot. • Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data to drive insights and decisions. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive leadership. • Worked in a B2B tech start-up. • Experience working with a US company or reporting to US leadership. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities. • Fluent English • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Analytical or Technical Studies (e.g., Economics, Data Science).
