Trees and brush coming into contact with power lines. • That’s where we help. At Overstory, we use AI and advanced satellite imagery to pinpoint and prioritize vegetation risks before they materialize. • Join us to help us build a more resilient world together. • In this dynamic role you’ll combine high-level executive support for our CEO, Fiona, with office operations and recruitment coordination. • As an Executive Assistant, you’ll help our CEO stay on top of her priorities and be fully prepared for meetings and business trips. • As we are a remote-first team, your office operations work will be less about managing the physical office and more about running our remote office operations. • You will be part of a diverse, fast-growing and remote-first team that is building the Overstory business so that it has a giant impact on the world.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, ideally to a CEO • You’ve worked in early-stage start-ups and love that fast-paced environment • You’re a self-starter who will make things happen, from identifying a challenge to implementing a solution • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English • You know how to leverage AI to make everyone around you more efficient • You have great organizational skills, and can quickly zoom in-and-out to reach the best result • You have strong interpersonal skills and can handle confidential or sensitive information with care • You’re based in a GMT/ CET time zone • You’re based near our Amsterdam office in the Netherlands.
