Description

• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents for the account receivable process and sales team support. • Process invoices and payments. • Reconcile bank and credit card statements. • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions. • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. • Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment issues. • Manage human resources functions including benefits administration. • Handle other accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred. • Experience with the Xero accounting software is an asset. • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting clerk or bookkeeping role. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Data extraction). • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
