Description

• Develop tools, features, and unique ad formats to empower publishers and app developers to optimize ad inventory and enhance user satisfaction. • Lead the integration of third-party ad tech solutions, managing RFPs, alignment with vendors, and technical requirements. • Design and optimize internal tools to streamline operations and boost efficiency. • Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Yield Ops, Ad Ops, and Brand Partnership teams to deliver seamless integrations that support publisher needs. • Track key performance indicators, user feedback, and ad metrics to continuously optimize product offerings and enhance monetization. • Ensure all product offerings comply with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) while enabling publishers to manage audience data effectively. • Journey to the lairs of mythical beasts to recover long-lost treasures that unlock new monetization opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing ad tech products tailored for publishers, with expertise in programmatic advertising, monetization, and data privacy regulations. • Strong technical knowledge of ad tech stacks and tools, including SSP, DSP, GAM, Prebid, and programmatic workflows. • Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with a track record of delivering products that drive publisher revenue and engagement. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions. • Clear and effective communication skills to align product vision with market needs. • Proficiency in dungeon crawling, with bonus points for stealth abilities and trap disarming skills.
