Description
•To improve the Oviva Patient App and enhance user journeys •Work in a product trio with Product Managers and Engineers •Develop a deep understanding of organizational objectives and user needs for product strategy
Requirements
•A track record of minimum 7 years of successfully designing software products with a focus on app designs and 3 years of experience as a Senior Product Designer •Strong portfolio, showcasing your ability to drive user engagement and retention through design solutions. •Ability to think strategically and creatively, balancing business goals with user needs. •Practical experience in UX research methods - Interviews, shadowing and usability testing •You are a collaborator - You will be in continuous collaboration with product managers and engineers at every phase of the product development process •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities. •Proficient in Figma and user research tools •Excellent communication skills in English and German is a big plus •Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field. •Master's degree is a plus. •Desirable : Good understanding of behavioural psychology •Already worked for a nutritional care or behaviour change company •Great motion/animated design experience
