📋 Description
• Conduct periodic reviews of commercial loan documents and insurance coverage to ensure compliance with lender servicing requirements • Request revisions to insurance policies from insurance agents/brokers with diligent follow up to ensure loan compliance • Communicate and make recommendations to lenders to resolve issues of non-compliance • Review various monthly reports to effectively manage the loan portfolio • Certify to lenders compliance with lender requirements as required • Educate borrowers on loan specific insurance requirements • Other duties assigned
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year of Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience required • Commercial Real Estate loan servicing or commercial lines insurance experience preferred • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, insurance policies and Acord Certificates, financial documents, or governmental regulations • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies in the available data • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Problem solving and decision-making skills • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities • Driven, innovative team-player who is focused on results and strives to deliver a superior work product
