📋 Description

• The Marketing & Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Brokerage Services Marketing with a focus on Practice Groups, Retail Brokerage, and central Brokerage Services operations. • This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills to efficiently execute administrative and marketing functions that support Colliers’ revenue-generating teams. • The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • This position involves collaborating with brokers, marketing leaders, and national service teams to streamline internal processes, improve marketing execution, and support business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years professional marketing and operations experience (commercial real estate experience preferred, but not required) • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote • Early intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite products, including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. • Intermediate proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies • Orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal to get things done; uses resources effectively and efficiently; organizes information in a useful manner • Solid critical thinking skills, a methodical and creative approach to problem solving, excellent skills at executing plans • Excellent oral and written communications skills required
