Description

• Analyze customer usage and purchase order (PO) data • Provide analytical support to create accurate forecasts for onboarding • Ensure smooth customer go-live with the correct inventory levels • Develop and perform advanced analytical work for demand planning teams • Utilize tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx to deliver actionable insights • Lead initiatives to improve demand planning processes • Drive the team toward greater process maturity and operational excellence • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned to support the team’s objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field (required) • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning (required) • Proven track record of supporting or managing demand planning or supply planning processes • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI (or Tableau), and Alteryx (required) • Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or PMP are preferred • Experience with supply chain systems like SAP IBP, BlueYonder, or similar platforms is preferred
