Description

•Within the Diagnostic team, our ambition is to potentiate precision diagnosis in oncology with artificial intelligence applied to digital pathology. •You will be in charge of creating and designing the IT architecture for Owkin's new Software as a Medical Device, to enable its deployment at external sites (hospitals, private labs, research labs…) for use in either clinical studies or clinical routine. •You will also be in charge of creating and designing the IT architecture for Owkin products to gather medical data used to develop future software products as Medical Devices. •Lead technical presentations and workshops dedicated to design the target solution with Partners’ IT teams (hospitals, private labs, research labs…) and/or within Owkin. •Be in touch with a wide range of technologies (DevOps, GitOps, Open Source software) and infrastructure. •Provide detailed specifications for the proposed IT solutions including hosting specifications, network flow matrix, RACI and security, and document them. •Contribute to Infra as Code (documentation, scripting) with the DevOps team. •Work in a multidisciplinary team of solution architects and SREs in charge of deployment and IT architecture. •Collaborate with the applicative team including machine learning engineers and software engineers.

Requirements

•MS or BS or equivalent degree in computer science or software engineering or an associated field •At least 5 years of experience in architecture design as a Solutions Architect (or equivalent position) on critical infrastructure for industries such as healthcare, insurance, finance or military •Good knowledge in several areas: Public Cloud (AWS, GCP) •Data Storage •Network (NAT, VPN, firewall) •Operating Systems (Linux) and Hypervisor •Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes •Automation: Flux, Ansible, Terraform •DevOps, GitOps, CI/CD, APIs, Security (in particular ISO 27001) •Highly organized and meticulous about details, capable of tackling complex problems logically and effectively, able to deliver in a dynamic and fast-paced environment •Good communication and efficient interaction with stakeholders, promotion of partnership spirit, fluent in English (French is a plus), able to coordinate several threads of discussions & projects in parallel at various stage of progress •A TOGAF or a Cloud Architect (AWS SA / AZ-104) certification is a plus •Authorization to work legally in France
