Description

• The Temporary Staff Accountant maintains and controls designated General Ledger accounts and business transactions, applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Reconcile various bank accounts and produce monthly entries, journal entries, and project uploads. • Ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions and account balances. • Prepare preliminary financial reports and presentations of financial data. • Serve as a backup for other Finance team staff as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’ degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. • Minimum 3 years of work experience as an accountant. • Familiarity and proficiency with ERP or Modular Accounting Systems. • Proficiency with MS Office suite. • Excellent Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and XLOOKUP. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. • Pro-active in recognizing and solving problems. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. • Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity for team building.
