📋 Description
• Generate, review, and send invoices promptly • Maintain and update client files, including changes in contact information or other relevant details. • Accurately record incoming payments (checks, wire transfers, credit cards) into the accounting system. • Reconcile accounts receivable balances, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding issues with customers. • Draft and send correspondence for past-due accounts and collections, contacting delinquent clients to request payment. • Create and generate reports on the status of client accounts as requested. • Collaborate with the management and team to research client discrepancies and past-due amounts. • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly receivables reports. • The ability to reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis.
