📋 Description
• As the Head of Data, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s data strategy. • Lead a team of data professionals, oversee data governance, analytics, and engineering. • Work cross-functionally to embed data-driven decision-making within the organization. • Ensure data integrity, scalability, and innovation while driving business growth and operational efficiency. • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives. • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across all departments. • Implement machine learning and AI-driven solutions to enhance product feature and improve business performance. • Collaborate with executive leadership to define key metrics, analytics priorities, and reporting frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a tech leadership role. • Strong knowledge of data engineering architecture, data modeling, data governance, and big data technologies. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Understanding of machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to translate complex data insights into business strategies. • English level B2+ • Knowledge in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is considered a plus!
