🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year of management experience with several direct reports • At least 5 years of experience as a senior software engineer working on complex, large-scale, cloud-based systems • Strong and demonstrable understanding of what it means to be a high-performing and sustainable engineering team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in building products that handle payments, transfers, and financial reconciliation • Ability to understand the mechanics of money movements • Comfortable working closely with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders • Proactive and enjoy taking ownership
